Refund policy
All sales are Final, however, there are circumstances for which a refund can be arranged.
Damages and issues - Refundable Circumstance
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In this case, you must send pictures of the damaged or wrong item so our team can evaluate them and come to a conclusion.
If you receive the wrong product, the right product will be sent. If you do not want the correct product sent, we can offer a refund of that product.
If you receive a damaged product, a replacement can be sent. If you do not want a new product sent, we can offer a refund of that product depending on the level of damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Everything purchased from CIP Chem Store is a non-returnable item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
